Hi all,
We have just received our ITA and are busy getting our supporting documents in order. I can't seem to find information anywhere as to exactly what are classified as "loans" to include in our proof of funds letter. We have credit cards with our bank, which I'm confident to include. What I am unsure about, though, is whether I should also include our home loan (residential mortgage) and our vehicle loans on the letter? Are these considered "loans" as per the CIC's definition? Seeing that we can easily settle them by selling the underlying assets, I'm not too sure ...
Please help!
