What is WES result for 3 year polytechnic diploma after 10th from India

hi what is exactly written in evaluation?
will be counted as a diploma 2 years or secondary school diploma?
i have diploma 3 years after 10th and graduation...can i count my points on two or more degree/diploma...
your response will be appreciated...

I have also done 3 years polytechnic diploma and then years of graduation degree. But i am still looking for answers about how much points can I get.
