What is ther Biodata form ?
I just finished medical, but I don't think I have got the Biodata form to fill out...
Please let me know...Thanks!
 
You don't have to submit biodata unless they ask.

The biodata form is a simple form with your name, height, eye color etc. Newer Medical Exam already has a Biodata form included, so you don't have to fill it out - unless CIC emails you and asks you to send it to them[/i].
