I'm trying to get the Call Centre from outside Canada (I'm in the USA). The number I have is 1-888-242‑2100 , but it's said I cannot reach that number from my area. Do I have to call a call centre that's located in the US?
My PR application was processed in Buffalo and approved. I landed in Canada, and need to ask as to the status of my PR card. Do they process the PR cards in Canada or in Buffalo? It's not letting me call the Canadian Call Centre.

It's useless. i called yesterday, went through the whole system and they were finally going transfer me to an agent. Then they said no agents are available and to try back another time then they disconnected the call. They said Thursdays are their least busiest days, so I tried again today but same thing. Has anyone had luck actually speaking to a live person? Is there an email address I can contact someone through instead of the phone from the US? Thanks!

I need to know if they have updated S'pore office about the payment of Perm resident fees that I paid for my parents. It's been a month that I paid. I faxed and emailed them a copy also emailed a copy to S'pore office.S'pore office needs to know within 60 days from the notification that they sent and it's already 40 days. My parent will get their passport request only if they see it's paid.
