What is the stage of my PR application?

My CEC inland with inland dependents dates are:
-February 18, 2021: Accepted in the Express Entry pool of candidates
-March 20, 2021: Received ITA for CEC
-April 29, 2021: PR application with all documents submitted successfully
-April 30, 2021: Received e-AOR
-May 19, 2021: Medical exam and biometric got updated on the profile
-September 26, 2021: Request letter received from IRCC to submit missing Marriage Certificate.
-October 02, 2021: Submitted Marriage Certificate, affidavit and supporting documents.
-October 05, 2021: Received document receipt on email from IRCC

can you please suggest:

1. Will my profile go into the queue again because of additional doc request?
2. Does CEC application needs to be completed within 6 months?
3. Is this on track? Do I need to do anything?
4. How will I know the additional document is accepted?
5. Marriage certificate that I uploaded has issue date as current. Hope that is not is not a problem?
6. What is the stage of my application?
7. Any expert suggestion here?
