What is the PR approval timeline after pre-arrival invitation?

May I know the average PR approval timeline after the pre-arrival invitation?
I received the pre-arrival invitation on 22nd July. So, I would to understand the next steps.

In my case, the next step was the MR about 40 days after receiving PAL.

@thiagofrk , Thanks for your response. My medical status has been updated already as passed. So, shall we assume the next step is the PR decision? or something else is there in between? Thanks
