If an application to extend my visitor visa is refused by CIC, and I leave canada within 30 days , will that refusal have a negative impact on a future visitor application to Canada in the future? for instance, I returned to my homeland, and 2 years later, after having established ties to my homeland, I apply for a visitor visa to Canada. will that previous visitor extension refusal have a negative impact?
