Hi,
I have recently got the ITA. I am applying to express entry from Sri Lanka. I want to apply for the police clearance certificate. In the police clearance certificate application form we need to mention the following details.
1. Reference High Commission/Embassy
2. Address of the High Commission/Embassy/Consulate to which the certificate should be
addressed to:

Do you have any idea about what to needs to be filled in those fields?
