I have completed B.E mechanical. And i have 3 year work experience in this field.
I just appeared in IELTS exam.
And i have got 6.5 band.
Where
L 7.5
R 6.0
W 6.0
S 6.5
so can i eligible for PNP visa in 2019?
My sibling is living in canada on P.R status.
Please give me full information
