Any idea how much time they take to respond to query raised visa webform: https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhi? Do we get an automated confirmation email once the query is raised?
Is it possible to contact them on phone or any other way to get a response in a timely manner?

1 month I am seeking an extension to submit passports. I have been given 30 days to comply. By the time VO response comes it will already be 30 days! Will they consider this into account and provide me an extension? :-[
