Hi, I am an international student in Canada and will apply for PGWP. I want to do the flagpole using Rainbow bridge. I wanted to know the best time for crossing the bridge. In several websites, I have seen that the best time should be between 7:00 to 7:20 AM. But, I have also heard that people need to cross the bridge at 5:00 AM because of the high volume of applicants. Can anyone please tell me the best time based on recent experience? Thanks.
