what is my CLB Level

Hi Experts,
Please suggest me to know my score in terms of CLB category as I have score the following scores in IELTS:
Listening : 7
Speaking : 7
Writing : 8
Reading : 9

It shows the following table on the link you have provided, but how to extract what is my CLB Level becuase my combination is not matching with any row in this table:

Listening 7 is CLB 7
Speaking 7 is CLB 9
Writing 8 is CLB 10
Speaking 9 is CLB 10

But when someone says his CLB is 7 and he does not speak specifically for Listening or Speaking etc individuall; does this mean he he is speakng he has scored average of CLB as 7 ?

If so, then in my case I can say that my CLB level is (7+7+8+9)/4 = 7.75 .
Am I getting correct ?

I like this chart. http://www.ieltsessentials.com/clb/index.html# I believe your CLB level is 7, as your score is as high as or higher than necessary for this level. To achieve CLB 8, your listening score would have to rise to 7.5.
