What is minimum bank balance ?

HI All,

I am planing to invite my motherinlaw. I am having few questions.
1- What is minimum average balance must be there in my bank account?
2- Can i invite her or i can provide letter behalf of my wife?
3- I am on work Permit and i want invite only for 2-3 monthes (as 6 Months visa).
4 - I am having Salary letter from company.
5- I am having own rental house (My wife name also be there).
6- My wife don't having bank account as she is on visitor visa.

Hard to tell. From this forum some people still get denied even if they declare $10,000 - $15,000 CAD

You don't have a choice as your wife is on visitor visa. A visitor cannot invite another visitor. Refer for letter of invitation in this link https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio.../services/visit-canada/letter-invitation.html for format.

3- I am on work Permit and i want invite only for 2-3 monthes (as 6 Months visa).

2-3 months is long time. It is safe if you declare only 2-3 weeks.

4 - I am having Salary letter from company.

This does not mean anything as your mother-in-law will be assessed not you. Her purpose in visiting Canada, her ties in her home country (job, family, properties, assets) and her financial capability (money) to travel.
