What is meaning of POE officer handwritten given date?

My daughter received a visa stamp on her passport with validity May-2024 which is expired now. However POE officer while entry to Canada given a blue stamp with handwritten date as Feb-2026. Now my questions are-
1. I guess my daughter can stay in Canada till POE handwritten date and not the date on her visitor visa on passport which is expired, is this correct?
2. With this handwritten date can she travel out of Canada and come back to Canada till the validity of handwritten date given by POE?

1. Yes, You daughter can stay until the handwritten date.
2. No, if she left Canada, she will need a new TRV to return.
