What is E-CAS?

Hi guys,

I'm a June 2013 applicant and received AOR on July 29 by email.
I was wondering what E-CAS is. I guess CAS stands for Client Application Status but I haven't received anything like that by email or mail. Nothing received since the AOR....

Also, has anyone (June 2013 applicants) already received a medical request?
