as per my understanding

If you applying to a University and have a acceptance letter from it u need to follow University checklist

OR

If you are applying for a college and not applyinhg through the SPP program then need to follow general

It is really confusing.
One of my friend accepted into McGill has applied under general category
He has even got the Visa

Generic: All SPP refused, all non-SPP colleges.
University: All University applicants

so this mean...even if u get refused under university category once...u still apply under university category the second time also...right?
