What is considered as employment proof?

Hi all,

I am an employee in a multinational with 6 years experience. I am collating my documents for EE.
I have a query with regard to employment proof.

I have the following documents to prove my employment (current and previous)
1. Salary Slips
2. Income Tax Returns
3. Salary Bank Statements (HDFC Bank)
4. Experience letter from employers

Apart from this, as Proof of Funds, I have a fixed deposit which can be liquidated anytime with Axis Bank.

My PoF is with a different bank than my Salary account bank.

What do I need to submit as proof of employment? (All or either or what)
