I got medical request from visa office so what is my chance to get pr after medical done?

you are on safe side and will get PR if medically fit and not a criminal :)

Very bright chances of getting PR. Unless you have any contagious disease or disease which could be burden on Canadian funds later on. Moreover, Passport should be genuine.
