Hello my name is vaibhav patel i recently got rejection of my canada study permit.

I applied my file online for jan 2020 intake and after my rejection my agent told me that you will try your application offline.

My rejection reason is that you will not leave canada at the end of your stay on the purpose of your visit.

Is it good or not to do paper based re-application.what is the process time for paper based application.

I got 6.5 band with 6 in each module.
