Hi i recently applied for the CEC and got a email back from Centralized-Intake-Office

Is this called as AOR ? or i want to get some other letter

This is the "positive eligibility decision" that you need to apply. Assuming you have met the other criteria (less than four months left on your work permit, etc) then you can apply for a BOWP.

My application for FSW was received on 19-Sep-2014 by the CIC. But yet to receive the AoR. My NOC Code......: 2171
When can I expect to hear a response? How hopefull can I be?
 
Someone replied to one of my threads on a OPW, in a number of cases they issued a BOWP outside the 4 month limit to people who have been laid off.

Friend, I dont want to disharten you but one of my fried also applied in IT (I am not sure about the NOC but it was one of the 4 IT NOC codes that were eligible for FSWP). She got her file back as the quota was full..Her file reached sometime in July....
Has your payment been deducted? If yes then no need to worry but if not...
