I have a question. So I’m holding a post graduate work permit that will expire this November 2018 (1 year only) and my husband and I will be applying for spousal sponsorship (inland). We got married this January and we’ve been together (living) for almost two years.
Can I apply for an OWP with the spousal sponsorship?
Do we have any red flags for inland spousal sponsorship?

1. Yes (as it will be an inland spousal sponsorship)
2. No - probably not. Just provide the usual story of your relationship with photos etc. as per the checklist - having been together for two years, then married in January should be fine.

1. YES.....you could apply for OWP with spousal sponsorship Inland application........will advice you apply while your PGWP is still valid.
2. You married in Jan 2018....if that's what you mean by short term relationship......its irrelevant and not a read flag......you only need to provide your marriage certificate and the required supporting documents as stated in the spousal sponsorship checklist.......approval of your application will be based on the proof and genuineness of your marriage/relationship.

Still fine, as Wakki says, it will be based on proof of a genuine marriage. Provide what is asked in the checklist. Photos of the wedding and relatives, honeymoon photos, holiday photos etc.
