What insurances should I get as a newcomer in Canada/Alberta?

I recently received my PR and moved to Alberta. I already have Alberta Health Care, but I’m wondering what other insurances are considered essential or highly recommended here?

Are there any must-have insurances I should consider?
And are there optional but useful insurances that might be worth looking into as well?

I’d appreciate any suggestions or tips!

Car, home, life, pet, eye/dental/physio/therapies not covered by Alberta health...you can get insurance for everything.
