I started my PhD in Sep. 2011 but my supervisor started paying my RA from May 2012. Now in my job experience letter, is that OK if I write my job experience based on the contract I have (May 2012 till now) or yearly based (Sep-Dec 2011, Jan-Dec 2012, Jan-Sep 2013). If I get my letter as yearly base, it won't be 30 hrs/week for each year although the total hours of 2 years is equal to 1 year full time experience but in case of contract it is continuously more than 30 hrs/week since May 2012. Any suggestion?
