I cannot re-register with the job bank as my email id already exists, so how can i update job bank account with my new EE Profile number?
I see there are 2 ways of doing it.
1) re-register with the job bank with new email id.(if i choose this my EE contact email and job bank Account would be different) or May be i do this and later change the contact email on EE to this new email id.
2) Deactive your current job bank account.(not sure how this option works,can i deactive and re-register with new EE profile number or what?)

I choose, this option "re-register with the job bank with new email id".
At the same time, this new email ID will be used only and only to receive job alerts, nothing else.
At the same time, I kept my old email id in My CIC/ EE Profile to receive all other communication related to my express entry.
