I applied for my parents a Super Visa, got approved but with current biometrics validity, until 2025. If they're in Canada, can we apply for new biometrics and re-apply for Super Visa within Canada?

They can only try to extend their supervisa while in Canada. That is 4 years away so at a certain point they won’t be granted an extension and they will need to return home. Supervisa is only a visitor visa so they can’t remain in Canada permanently. They will be expected to return home at some point and reestablish their ties to their home country.
