I am on work permit in Canada and currently works under NOC 2173(my primary occupation,Software Architect).
What should I reply for the following sections?
1.Have you looked for a job in Canada in your primary occupation? What best describes the last action you took?
2.Have you checked to see if your education and work experience in your primary occupation would be accepted in Canada?
3.With whom did you check? Mark all that apply.?
4.Some jobs are regulated in Canada. You would need a license or certification to practice these jobs. Do you know if your primary occupation or trade is regulated?

I'm very curious about this. Were these questions added recently? And my ita was received over 3 months ago. I never saw such questions. If someone has selected a regulated occupation, will cic reject such applicants that cannot readily work in that occupation straight after landing?
Because then surely there are only a handful countries where regulations/training are identical for some occupations and if not having a Canadian license is grounds for refusal then they should state it in so many words. Someone please please weigh in because I'm really worried my application will get rejected if it happens that I have to submit a new application.
