What happens if i get married in between the process

What happens if i have applied for express entry when i was single and got married in between the processing time after applying how can i make sure my spouse is going to be added with my application as well?

Have you told IRCC that you got married? That would be a good step to take.

You must inform them immediately.

If you get married before receiving COPR, then you must add the spouse to the application as dependent and that can impact your score (I am not 100% certain at which point in the process your score is safe).
