Hi! I am about to graduate from a 2-year master's program next month and am thinking of flagpoling to apply for my PGWP. Now, my passport expires December 2024 (study permit and TRV are valid until December 2024 as well) so in all likelihood, I won't get a work permit beyond that. In this case, would I still be eligible for a PGWP extension when I get my passport renewed if I flagpoled to get my initial permit? Would it be better to do it online? Do I need to inform the border officer about any specifics of my case to help them understand my situation (e.g. put in a note saying I'm eligible for extension)?
