Hi, I am the primary applicant in our PR application. What happens if I and my son go to Canada after getting CoPR and my husband cannot accompany me for some reason? Will I still get PR cards for me and my son? Is it compulsory for all of us to land?
You should keep in mind that to sponsor your husband as a PR you would need to be in Canada. If your husband doesn't have a TRV that could lead to a long separation.
Hi, Yes. He did contribute to the points. He does not have any other visa for Canada other than the fact that we have all applied for the PR together. If I go along with my son, we both will be getting the PR right?
Thank you. Just because he could not come they will not deny PR for me and my son I suppose? If I (primary applicant) land first, can he not land a little later to get the PR? Should he land on time as I do?
