What happens after Medical (QSW, Inland)

Im curious to know what happens after medical and how long does it further take to receive PR? Im an inland applicant, so what are the next steps?

Applied federal : July 2017
AOR: Oct 2017
Process started : Oct 2017
Rprf request : Feb 2018
Medical request : Mar 2018
Medical done : April 2018

Is the next step COPR or PPR?

I heard it is different for inland applicant, we don't need to send passport but take an appointment with CIC office in Montreal.

Yes, I got medical request last Thursday (March 29)
