Hi! This is my timeline:
June 25 - application start
June 28 - biometrics application
June 30 - biometrics complete
October 10 - They asked me for more information about my relationship
December 6request for medical exam
January 6 - Pass medical exam

I would like to know two things: what is next and if I could consider that my visa has already been approved, thanks! Ps: I’m from Peru :)

You can't consider the visa approved until it's actually approved.

Refusal is still possible after the medical.

getting medical request is another step of study permit application, still you can get refusal after passing medical exam.
I passed my medical exam on December 7th, got bvl on December 15th and still waiting for a decision
