Hi all,
in response to my status enquiry my CHC informed me that my file is "under review for finalization" (which I guess is the same as "final review"). so does it mean that the results of all security/criminal/background checks are in and VO needs to clear some formalities? or does it mean that the background checks are not yet complete and I should not expect any news any time soon?
