what equivalence does WES give to ACCA members ???

i wanted to ask what equivalence does WES give to ACCA members , a friend of mine did his matric and then he went for CAT instead of doing his intermediate and then did his OBU degree after competing the fundamental ACCA papers and the thesis, and then did the remaining professional papers and completed his experience and became an ACCA member and he is worried that will WES recognize his credentials or not. Kindly inform. Thanks
