What does "Your application was reviewed and we started processing ____" mean?

Is there a possibility of failure of application at this stage? or Will they send medicals a few weeks after this sentence shows up in e-cas?

Seniors pls help
 
I am not a senior but as per my understanding it means that application has been transferred to your respective visa office and background checks will start soon followed by Medicals.
