Hello some 15 days ago when I used to call cic @ +16139944000 to talk to an agent an automated voice first asked me about my application number and date of birth and then read the the same messages that I am having at my cic and the gave me option to talk to an agent. But becuz of high volume of calls always I never got hold on an agent.
Today when I tried to do the same I.e provided my application number and dob the system told me that based on the information I provided they are unable to locate my file even though I tried 3 times.
What does that mean? my file is located in London office
