Thanks for your help.
But I have more about my experience.
I called Labour Standar in Nova Scotia, the said there is not definition for full-time, or there is no a rule for it.
Why Inmigration do it so complicated?
And they have his own definition about full time? And I knew with the time it is changing and changing....
How many hours per week should you be working as per your contract? If your contract says 40 hours per week, then that is your full time hours and beyond 40 hours should be paid overtime rate.
Thank you Job_Seeker,
But I mean for apply PR, then how many hour per week should be, Because my employer said she is going to cut from 40 hour per week down to 30 hours per week. I am confused!

If your employer want to cut the time work. He must elaborate a new contract and you need to be agree with it.
But first you will ask to the Live in Caregiver Program and Immigration if you with 30 hours per week working you are yet eligible for apply for the PR.
