My sister is with me in Canada in a visitor visa and she applied last month for study permit after getting accepted for an English program starting Jan 7th, 2019.
the application we sent to the visa center in Los Angeles and today we received the an email saying our application is pending with this massage reading

does anyone know what it mean?
