I have applied in july 08 my occupation does not fall under 38 list but in my job duties which i shown in my application out of that some meets with occupation which under 38 list
I got my file number in august 08 from last eight months my Ecas status show Application received .
Now from last 30 days it changed to ------Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete --------- when i entred it it shows as below mentioned
We received your application for permanent residence on July 14, 2008.
We started processing your application on July 23, 2008.
We transferred your application to the Sydney, Nova Scotia - C-50 office on March 4, 2009. The Sydney, Nova Scotia - C-50 office may contact you.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on November 27, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Now the letter which they mentioned that they have sent to me on November 27th 2009 I have not received that letter till date . I dont know what is there in the letter may be there is rejection because my case does not fall under 38 or may be they have asked me for my further documents . but if they ask for further document than it means time of 120 days has been started alraedya 45 days before from 27th nov 08 but the letter i did not received on till
Now can you advice me what i should do either wait for letter or order the caips. One of my frnd tell me to go to canadia embassy in new delhi & ask for my case status.
Morever at the time of filling of form my consultant has wrongly mentione my email address might be they have emailed me for further information & due to my wrong email address i did not get the same now 20 days back my consulatant has faxed to canadaian embassy my right email address & he has also sent registered post to sydney office regarding that i have not recd my letter till.
Can any body advice me what will be the result or what should i do
