Can any one tell me what is the exact meaning of "In Process"? Does it mean when ones status shows "In Process" then All the docs which they received are sufficient/in order and CHC does not required any more docs, Interview is waived, No fear about 120 days lock in period?
I am just asking as My IELTS got expired on 15th of Jan-10 but I submitted my intial docs to CIC, NS on 27th of October-10 but in Ecas it is showing that they received on 8/1/10. I am worried would they asked fresh one IELTS Certificate or would they conser previous one?

@ash_1967 - I think your IELTS score is valid as this is submitted to CHC before the expirty and as per ecas update your docs received well before the expirty.
As far as my understanding goes you need not to reappear for IELTS.

Thanks for reply? But how did you calculate its validity? As I know its valid for one year and its got complted one year on 15/1/10. But I sent full docs to CHC New Delhi on 12th of March-10 but send initial application to CIC NS on 8/1/10? Locking date would be count from CIC, NS or from Visa office submission?
But when it comes in process what does it mean validity of the docs would not be invoke after wards?
I am sure you would be knowing that without taking even IELTS we can apply to CIO, NS by marking the expected level of proficiency. When you submit your all docs. to CHC ND Your IELTS should not have been one year old.
But earlier once I had taken views of Hon'ble Member PMM and he commented that IELTS locking date is when one submitted his initial docs to CIC, NS and my lawyer is also saying that I need not to retake IELTS again?
But I request member to share his experience who have been asked additional docs/IELTS etc after his E cas status changed to "In Process"
