What does full time work means after getting your post grade work permit as an international student

Hello,

I am an international student in Ontario. My program of study is one-year post grade diploma. I will complete my diploma in April 2018 as a full-time student and then will apply for the post-grad work permit. I would like to know what does full-time work means? If a job is a contract base does it count as full time? are there any specific hours to work?

Can I apply to Ontario nominee program? if I get the full-time job?

As an example look at the CEC program definition of full time. Basically 30 hours per week , 1560 hours in a year and min 52 weeks. Working extra hours does not reduce the 52 weeks

If you have self-employed contract work, then you would need reference letter from your client(s) and/or invoices to support the number of hours you worked. You can’t just pull a number out of a hat.
