When applying online, should I include documents in my country's application package? Where should I upload these? In the client information field? For example, in the dashboard where I upload documents, I'm required to upload Family Information (IMM 5645), but when I obtain the application package required by my country, I find that I should fill out Family Information (IMM 5707). Should I submit them both?
Assuming you've answered all the questions correctly, if your personal checklist requires IMM 5645, then that's the one you should fill in. Both 5707 and 5645 are Family information form. I don't know on what basis one is used over the other.
I applied for SP and I got 5645 while my spouse who applied for OWP got 5707. Both applying from the same country.

I'm a bit confused about something. I'm under 18, and I'm required to submit the IMM 5645 form. However, in the instruction guide, it's stated that the form should be completed by each applicant at least 18 years old. I'm the only applicant. Should I fill the form, and let my parents sign it?
