I have a UCI number on form while extending my work permit. Should I be writing same while applying for CEC or should I keep this field blank?

If You do have it then just mention it in Generic Form.

Thanks Goku..
Hi,
I have a slightly different opinion but would leave it to the senior member to confirm.
UCI stands for unique client identifier which is assigned to you when you applied for Work Permit. Now you are applying for a different category which has nothing to do with your work permit...
My suggestion would be to keep it blank....but again as I said this is my personal view....

It doesn't matter if you apply for study permit or work permit or PR, UCI is going to stay same as they wont issue another UCI# to same individual.

UCI will be same for any kind of communication /Application /form Submission in Canada. UCI is not associated with WP separately
Hope this help
-Thanks
UCI unique per client, it doesn't change. study permit, work permit, or PR application: you maintain the same UCI
That's a pretty useful information. So people who are on work permits initially and then apply for PR in the CEC category can mention that UCI number on their PR apprlications...
