What dates to put for eligibility period on the citizenship form?

Maybe this is asked before, but due to much confusion and ambiguity would really appreciate someone clarifying this.

What dates to put for eligibility period on the citizenship form?

Should it be the same dates on physical presence calculator?

So in my case eligibility period on physical presence calculator is 29 Oct 2013 to 29 Oct 2018

So I input the exact same dates on the application form as well?

The physicial presence calculator lists the eligibility period based on what you enter. Of course that is the eligibility period. What else should be
