What comes first ? LMIA(LMO) or WORKPERMIT ?

Just like the topic what comes first ? LMIA OR WORKPERMIT? Pls tell me ... Is there anyone in this forum applying LMIA for low wage food sector industry ? Is it true LMIA will not be issued for food counter attendant /kitchen helper cook, etc or any food sector job ? Moreover im here abt low wage

Not true. It is harder to obtein but the LMIA in the food sector are not cancelled unless the employer applying for it is located in a high unemployment zone. LMIA must be approve first with the name of the person in order to apply for a work permit.
