What should I stated in IMM5669 in 8. Personal history: to state Vancouver, Canada ( where I was most of the time) or to make 3 rows (during past 2 months I was in Ukraine, Canada and Brazil)
You should mention the location as Vancouver, BC, Canada and in the purpose/details section you can mention : Travelling across country A, B, C.
In any case you'll be mentioning the same dates and places of travel in your travel history as well, so the information will match.

I am not sure whether I will be asked for travel history update. When I applied in May - I was in Vancouver and employed. Schedule A is asked as additional doc.

Yes, you are correct.
As for the Schedule A - in 99% of cases, they will ask for travel history update as there could be travel between the time you applied to the time you got the ITA and complete the necessary documentation.
