If you are in normal health you don't need to think about a negative result on your medical.
If you are in abnormal health you may not be able to donate blood every 4 months. Why every 4 months?.
Is your HB level is always higher than normal range?.If you are within normal range (Male: 13 - 18 gm/dL), what I know is that, donating blood more than twice a year, even for humanitarian reasons, can adversly affect your own health. Anyway, it is your own discretion and I don't have any more comments on this subject.
