Does anyone know what is the reason of registering in the Job Bank right after receiving ITA? I doubt that any employer will wait for six months for you to land... Or is it only useful for Inland applicants? Is there any point at all creating a resume there before PPR?

This is true. Almost all the jobs in it are immediate vacencies so I think unless in a case where skills similar to yours are nowhere to be found on Canada, there is a very little chance on getting a job offer until we get there.
