what are the ways through which i can work as a qualified teacher in Canada

hello!I am from India and currently work as a qualified teacher (since last 6 years).I am interested in pursuing masters program(degree preferably) from Canada.I want to know which course should i pursue so that i can teach in Canada as a qualified teacher and apply for permanent residency.What are the ways through which i can apply or become a qualified teacher.Also,if not as a teacher then how can i get a good job in a school in Canada. I am also interested in pursuing a courses in special education. Please do provide me the details so that i can apply in the universities as early as possible.I have scored 7.5 overall in Ielts. thanks.
