There is no *job* pool. There's the EE candidate pool, and the Job Bank. Two different entities, operating independently.
The criteria for selection from the candidate pool are your points.
For selection from the Job Bank, an employer seeking to fill a vacant position would search for an eligible candidate, based on resume/JB profile, and find yours .
I have a total of 475 points including my education (WES certified), age, experience, etc..
I had submitted my application in the job pool this past week, and yesterday only I came to know that the last cut-off was around 453 points...
So will the scores increase in the coming slot and will my plea be accepted...!!
*If* the cut-off score in the next draw is <475, and your profile has been accepted as eligible, you would receive an ITA (Invitation to apply [for Permanent Residence]).
Does this help? Or as Dan_and points out, have I misunderstood your question?
