The thing which makes me tensed and frustrated is that my IELTS is going to expire on October 08, 2017 and in order to make all things in favor and positive ~ I am really eyeing on the thing that the cut-off will drop to 407 within next one or two draw.
What do you think with your experiences and analyses so far? Is it possible and feasible?
Yes the chances are in your favour for ITA in May and submission until July. So you are fine in every scenario, even if ITA comes in June or July you can still make it. Get documents ready.

1. Education + ECA from WES + IELTS - Ready
2. PCC from India and UK - Plan is to apply for both of them on the same very day I got an invite. Time it will take 7 days.
3. Experience Letter - I am running mine own Private Limited company, so for this also, I got 70 percent of things as ready ~ final carving is required.
4. Funding - Have to take it from my family members and to show it as gift deed. Time it will take maximum 10 days which includes paper work and transfer.
5. Photo - It will be instant.
6. Adaptability as I claim mine points in FSW - My aunt is a Canadian citizen, so all I have to get the documents copy from them. Time it will take (again) maximum three days.
7. Medical - For this, I believe it will take around 7 to 10 days starting from the time of booking the appointment.
8. Fees of amount $1040 - Ready to pay both in one go.
Now, in real, all the eyes and hope on getting the ITA within the next or second next cut-off. Also, do share that What do you think with your experiences and analyses so far on getting an invite at CRS 407? Is it possible and feasible?
Some people here including me made analysis when the cut off was still above 450 and considering CIC policy and changes in EE with the score you have - ITA is feasible.
Seems you have everything ready. Dont forget to scan original diplomas with ECA, and PC must be in colour.

IRCC is acting very different this year, so any analysis or trends regarding last year's data are irrelevant. But, if the current trend continues (and I don't see any reason why not to), your chance is very high until your IELTS expires.
Even your documents are ready, you are very well done. Keep your hopes up.

I didnt refer to analysis from the last year. We knew this trend was to come so rest assured that we know our numbers. Source: 2017 quota and IRCC official presentation.
